Vivek Mehta, MD is a Board Certified Headache & Pain Specialist who focuses on diagnosing and alleviating the various types of headaches that afflict his patients through a multidisciplinary approach.
Headache symptoms can vary in frequency, intensity and neurological complaints which require an individualistic approach. Dr. Mehta first understands each patient’s headache and potential triggers, then he utilizes state of the art diagnostic tests to determine the diagnosis and then implements the best treatment plan to improve his patients’ quality of life.
Dr. Mehta earned his medical degree at St. George’s University, completed his residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and a Pain fellowship at The Orthopedic Clinic Association in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Mehta combines traditional and interventional techniques in diagnosing and treating headache sufferers.
